Jonathan McDonald

Jonathan McDonald holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Florida Atlantic University and has been an educator and researcher in mathematics and physics since 2005. Jonathan has worked with institutions such as Harvard University, Perimeter Institute, the Santa Fe Institute, as well as several other colleges and universities He has taught a range of mathematics from beginning algebra to Calculus, in addition to mentoring graduate students in mathematical physics. A proponent of evidence-based practices, Jonathan brings theory and research to practical applications in his classroom and in the development of tools to help students learn. Currently, Jonathan works to apply experience and expertise in education to the design of educational software for students in college-level STEM courses.
