Are you interested in opening the lines of communication with your local area high schools? This session will highlight a project designed to: a) increase collaboration between Community College and High School faculty, b) increase enrollment in non-college transfer programs, and c) motivate high school students by showing success stories and how math is really used by associative programs. We will demonstrate specific math applications which instructors can use in courses from Quantitative Literacy to Pre-Calculus.
